The carrying out, directly or indirectly, through one or more controlled companies, also foreign, of (i) retail food service management activities; (ii) import-export activities of raw materials mainly of Italian origin in support of the activity referred to in point (i) above; the company may carry out activities functional to the carrying out of those referred to in points (i) and (ii) above, in particular but not exclusively the granting of financing to subsidiaries, acquisition of real estate properties.
