The foundation provides financial assistance to non-profit institutions in Switzerland that care for mentally and physically disabled children, as well as children with severe illnesses (cancer, etc.). Furthermore, the foundation financially supports the non-profit aid organization Timothy Crossan Memorial Fund, Bellingham, Washington, United States of America. This aid organization supports students at Western Washington University who require psychological support. To fulfill the foundation's purpose, the net returns on the foundation's assets are primarily used. In case of need, the foundation's assets can also be drawn upon to maintain a meaningful funding activity. The foundation board determines the amount available for funding purposes on an annual basis. Funding is provided at the discretion of the foundation board and without any legal entitlement. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purpose and does not strive for profit.
