The company's purpose is to create, maintain and operate, and if necessary, renew the following common facilities and installations serving the building owners in the Hinterer Jakobsberg area in Basel: (a) Central car parking garage; (b) Common heating system. The company may also take over the creation, maintenance and/or operation of additional common facilities and installations serving the aforementioned building owners or parts thereof (e.g. shelter, green spaces, etc.).
