The company's purpose is to operate bars, snack bars, cafes-restaurants, in particular the operation of the "Chez Jimmy" snow bar and the "Le P'tit Chalet" snack bar. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
