The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold and manage investments in companies and enterprises in its own name, on its own account and not as a service for third parties. The company may conduct all transactions which are suitable for promoting the development of the business and achieving the company's purpose. The company may participate in other enterprises and establish branches in the country or abroad. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financings to affiliated companies and third parties, including their (direct and indirect) shareholders as well as their affiliated companies, and provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether or not for consideration.
