The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding and management of participations in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of all operations contrary to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
