Protection of the interests of the milk, butter and cheese trade in street and store sales through: unification of all milk trade businesses and specialty stores for milk and dairy products; preservation and promotion of independent milk, butter and cheese trade; combating all measures by third parties that are likely to jeopardize the interests of free trade (such as combating unfair competition and violations of food law regulations); promotion of professional training and further education.
