The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in companies of all kinds, as well as all commercial or financial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or intended to develop it, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire all real estate or real estate companies within the scope of its activities, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
