It can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that serve the further development or achievement of its goals, or relate directly or indirectly to them. It can grant loans to its shareholders and companies of the same group, or accept loans from them.
