The company's purpose is to organize, manage, acquire and operate all public establishments such as cafes, bars, restaurants, tea rooms and dance halls, as well as any hotel or similar establishment, in any form. Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities, create branches or subsidiaries and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
