The Company's purpose is: - the purchase and sale of real estate; the exploitation and management of rental and commercial properties as well as the maintenance of buildings (commerce and housing), interior and exterior, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE; - consulting and brokerage for the acquisition of real estate abroad, in particular in Pakistan; - import and export of goods; - consulting in job search and temporary personnel placement; - operation and management of all types of businesses and public establishments, in particular tobacco-newspaper kiosks, grocery stores, snack bars, tea rooms, restaurants, cafes-brasseries or any other establishments related to food or catering. The Company may: - either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; - create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, associates or third parties.
