The company may also extend its activities internationally and in the field of mobility. It is authorized to carry out all commercial and financial transactions, and to accept any mandate directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. Furthermore, it may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties in the interest of the company, as well as any activity related or complementary to its purpose.
