The purpose of the association is to research, develop and support open-source software for decentralized networks and applications, as well as to promote a community for self-management. The association does not pursue any profit. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of tokens, real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all other activities and legal transactions that may be conducive to the purpose of the association.
