The company's purpose is to operate kitchens to provide services in the field of flight catering, as well as retail sales on aircraft and the supply of airlines and passengers with gastronomic products of all kinds. The company can also acquire, hold, manage, utilize and dispose of domestic and foreign participations, whether directly or indirectly, particularly in the areas of flight and community catering, retail sales in means of transport, manufacture of equipment for catering establishments and related fields. The company can also provide management, personnel recruitment, training, logistics, purchasing, marketing, IT, data management, planning, financial and operational management services. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies. The company can grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, provide security of all kinds for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into suretyships or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Furthermore, it can operate a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such a system, including periodic account balancing. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's pursuit of profit, and assuming cluster risks. The company can engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the company's purpose or are connected with it, or that are in the interest of the company and the subsidiaries it controls (the group) or a group company.
