It can also: acquire, exploit, sell and license all goods of intellectual and industrial property (patents, trademarks, inventions, patterns, models, etc.), carry out all financial, commercial or industrial activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or are suitable to promote it, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties in the interest of the company.
