The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, as well as any activity in the financial sector, in particular the acquisition, sale and administration of participations. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and real estate transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
