The company's purpose is the manufacture, through subcontractors, the wholesale, semi-wholesale, or retail sale, commission and brokerage of pre-packaged agri-food products, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. The company also aims to acquire participations, in any form, in Swiss or foreign companies and all other forms of investments, the acquisition by purchase, subscription or any other means, as well as the disposal by sale, exchange or any other means of securities of all kinds, and the management, control, and development of these participations. The company may also guarantee, grant loans to or otherwise assist companies in which it holds a direct or indirect participation or companies that are part of the same group of companies as the company. In the course of its activities, the company may grant mortgages, borrow with or without guarantee, or act as guarantor for other legal entities and individuals, subject to the applicable legal provisions. The company may engage in all commercial, industrial, or financial activities deemed useful for the achievement of its objectives. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that relate directly or indirectly to its corporate purpose and promote its development, including the acquisition of participations in other companies.
