The cooperative aims to promote the economic interests of its members through mutual self-help by providing cost-effective machinery use for the benefit of the members; the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment; the rental of machinery, also to third parties; the execution of contract work; the further education of members; and trade in goods. The cooperative may participate in other companies, acquire similar or related companies, or merge with them, acquire, manage and sell properties, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
