To promote mutual understanding between mountain agriculture and tourism, particularly in the mountain valleys of Graubünden, in a non-profit manner, in order to sustainably secure the livelihood of the population and the recreational space within a liberal order. It specifically supports the training of people involved in mountain agricultural production and its direct marketing, as well as communication between producers, local consumers and guests.
