The association aims to promote interpersonal contacts and social activities, particularly through the organization and mediation of leisure and meeting offers (e.g. dating events, hikes, cooking courses, sports and cultural events) in cooperation with external partners. The association does not pursue a primary profit motive; any profits are to be used for the fulfillment of the association's purpose. The association may decide to transfer its activities wholly or partially to another legal form (e.g. a GmbH) or to participate in such a company, provided that this serves the association's purpose.
