The company's purpose is to operate a bakery-pastry, sandwich, confectionery and chocolate production laboratory, including home delivery, and sales at markets. The company may also: carry out all financial, commercial or industrial activities, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
