The company's purpose is to provide asset management services within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 1 of the LISFI, on behalf and for the account of its clients and relating to the clients' assets. The services consist of the purchase or sale of financial instruments, the acceptance and transmission of orders relating to financial instruments, the management of financial instruments (asset management in the strict sense) and the formulation of personalized recommendations regarding transactions with financial instruments (investment advice). The company may also: directly or indirectly acquire interests and participations in other companies or industrial, commercial, financial and service enterprises in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose; or establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad.
