The purpose of the LeasingPlatz association is to combat the over-indebtedness of private individuals through leasing contracts. To this end, the association operates a platform for the brokerage of leasing contracts to third parties, which can take over the contract under the original conditions. This is intended to protect the original contracting party from penalty payments. Furthermore, the association takes preventive information measures against over-indebtedness through leasing contracts. The association does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. The board of directors and all association activities are organized on a voluntary basis.
