Leben & Sein, Stiftung für spezialisierte Spiritual Care

The foundation aims, in an ecumenical spirit and with interreligious openness, to ensure professional spiritual care ("Spiritual Care") for people who are permanently or temporarily in institutions such as hospitals, homes, or prisons in the canton of Basel-Stadt, according to their needs and regardless of their origin, religion, or denomination. To this end, it concludes corresponding cooperation agreements with the participating religious communities and institutions. The mutual services are specified in an agreement between the sponsoring body and the canton.
