Lebensfunke AG

The purpose is to provide young people in the youth home Lebensfunke with a safe, supportive, appreciative and acknowledging environment, promoting the development of young people, as well as coaching, internal education, counseling and accompaniment of families, socio-pedagogical accompaniment, daily structure and placement in the labor market. It can establish branch offices, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, accept and make donations, exploit licenses, acquire, manage and sell real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
