The company may acquire, hold, manage, mortgage and sell real estate, as well as acquire, exploit, encumber and sell patents, licenses and other intangible assets. In transactions related to the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland, these are limited to real estate used exclusively for commercial purposes. It is clarified that, if real estate held or acquired through investments or real estate is located or acquired in Switzerland, it may only be used for commercial purposes.
