The company's purpose is any marketing, purchasing, sales, import and export activity of goods, as well as any consulting, brokerage and service provision activity in the fields of finance, banking, insurance and real estate, asset management and rental management, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland or abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose and relating directly or indirectly thereto.
