The company's purpose is to carry out all operations in the field of building construction and renovation. The company may operate a trade in equipment or materials for construction. It may also exercise the function of site supervision, project management, expertise, construction, renovation, demolition, brokerage, and all other real estate activities (not subject to the LFAIE) that are conducive to promoting its social interests.
