The Company's purpose is to develop and operate the hydraulic forces of the waters of the Dixence basin and the waters of the neighboring basins free of concessions and to distribute the produced energy among the partners. The Company may also sell or lease installations owned by it and, in addition, buy and sell energy. It may also carry out service activities in the field of electricity, in particular control electrical installations. The Company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may buy, sell, rent real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and participate in all financial and commercial operations and others directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
