The company's purpose is to establish, either for itself or on behalf of third parties or in participation with third parties, all companies, businesses and groups related to industrial activities, particularly printing, cardboard and packaging, commercial, agricultural, real estate or other activities, and to acquire all participations in all companies or businesses, regardless of their legal form, by way of subscription, participation in existing companies, purchases, sales, exchanges of securities or any other matter, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the management, notably administrative or financial, of these same companies; participation in the development, transformation, control of all companies, businesses or groups; all consulting activities and provision of services to these companies, particularly in the economic, commercial and technical fields; granting advances or loans to subsidiaries or participations and, more generally, carrying out any treasury operation for the benefit of the latter; the manufacture and sale of cardboard, molded papers, plastics and packaging, as well as all products, accessories or derivatives, and generally all movable, real estate, industrial, commercial or financial operations that can be directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned objects, as well as all other similar or connected objects or those that may favor their extension and development (for complete purpose see articles of association).
