The company's main purpose, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreign Persons, is the acquisition, holding, management, operation, and disposal, directly or indirectly, of interests in national and foreign companies, particularly in the fields of strategic consulting, management (administration), organization, and business transformation, information technology, including in particular cybersecurity, software development, cloud computing services, data science, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, as well as in all related or complementary fields. The company may also participate in the management, sustainable development, and value creation of these companies within a group of companies, as well as provide financial, human, technical, and organizational resources for the management of such a group. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, promoting its development and that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or broker, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and to third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
