The company's purpose is any activity related to the restaurant industry, in particular the operation of a restaurant (steak house/pizzeria) in Marly, as well as all restaurants and similar establishments, and all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial transactions, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
