The company's purpose is wealth management as defined in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the Financial Institutions Act (LEFin), which involves the professional arrangement, on the basis of a mandate, of assets on behalf of and for the account of clients, as defined in Article 3, letter c, sections 1 to 4 of the Federal Act on Financial Services of June 15, 2018 (LSFin), as well as the provision of all financial, accounting, and administrative services to clients. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire all real estate or real estate companies within the framework of its activity, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, within the limits provided for by the LEFin.
