The association aims to support people affected by poverty (in particular widows and orphans, sick people, elderly people, children and war victims) in Israel. People in need are to be supported regardless of their ethnic and religious affiliation (open circle of recipients). The association pursues exclusively non-profit purposes. It is not profit-oriented. For this purpose, the association can cooperate with tax-exempt organizations. In particular, the association can support the social projects of the non-profit and tax-exempt organization Colel Chabad, EIN 11-3254483, based in Brooklyn, New York, United States. The association can conclude all contracts that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the association.
