The company's purpose is to provide any services and advice in the fields of business management, marketing, communication and human resources. It also aims to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase, sale, management, administration and maintenance of buildings, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
