The company is authorized to establish branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad to promote its business purpose, to participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, to acquire and establish such companies, and to enter into all business transactions, including interest group agreements. It may transfer its business entirely or partially to such companies.
