The company's purposes are: support courses, tutoring; translation services; care, courses, advice and training in the fields of well-being and health; consulting activities in the fields of production and project management; activities in the field of tourism; business development activities for Asian companies; sales activities of Asian and European products. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners - LFAIE) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors.
