Lum Stiftung

The purpose of the foundation is to manage, administer and expand the Lum Network ecosystem (ecosystem) and to create and further develop the Lum Network, a decentralized blockchain network (Lum Network), which is intended to become the new standard for companies worldwide to build trust with their customers and reward them. To this end, the foundation may, in particular, take the following actions: support and finance suitable research and development activities and projects, promote and educate the public about the ecosystem and/or the Lum Network, provide incentives for partners to join or use the Lum Network; develop and promote new use cases for partners; issue, receive, transfer and hold digital information units, use governance smart contracts and issue governance tokens, collaborate with various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities and other third parties for the benefit of the ecosystem, distribute received contributions and participate in companies, acquire, hold or grant trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights or licenses, organize conferences and other events that support and promote the ecosystem and/or the Lum Network, make the Lum asset easily accessible to everyone, establish subsidiaries abroad, outsource business activities to external service providers, conduct and promote all business and/or enter into all transactions and generally take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, incidental or desirable to support the achievement or promotion of the goals described herein. The foundation may also assign the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create and/or promote existing ones. The foundation is fundamentally non-profit and does not pursue any profit. The foundation may make profits, to the extent and as long as this is necessary for the financing of the project, the development of the Lum Network and the administration of the Lum Network, as well as the development of innovation. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation may operate domestically and abroad.
