The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding and disposal of interests in companies of all kinds, in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the hotel industry, as well as the provision of all services in these areas and in particular the administration and management of said companies. The company may not acquire any real estate participations in Switzerland, except in cases where the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners permits it (for full purpose see articles of association).
