The company's purpose includes, in particular, the purchase, holding, sale, brokerage, construction, transformation, exploitation, management, administration, and enhancement of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The Company also aims to conduct research, development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of products, solutions, and technologies in the medical field, including medical devices, medical software, diagnostic or therapeutic equipment, as well as the provision of related services, including consulting, training, and technical maintenance. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, or handle these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner, or have them executed by third parties on its behalf, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies, or third parties.
