The Company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and sale of interests in companies of any kind, in Switzerland or abroad, provided that the company may hold an interest in a real estate company in Switzerland if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if (ii) the real estate company's purpose is the acquisition of properties for exclusively commercial use. The Company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote or facilitate its development; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, direct or indirect subsidiaries or third parties if it serves its interests.
