The company's purpose is to engage in wealth management activities within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 1 of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (LEFin), brokerage and commission business on financial markets, as well as providing investment and asset management advice, without, however, having custody of assets belonging to third parties. The company may carry out all activities and conclude all contracts that may contribute to achieving its corporate purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad and participate in any form in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, excluding participations in non-listed companies with a real estate purpose.
