It may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It also aims at all activities in the field of motor vehicle and automotive parts trade, including the purchase, sale, import and export of vehicles and spare parts as well as all related activities. It may carry out all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose, acquire enterprises pursuing an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such enterprises and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also grant or request loans from its partners, its subsidiaries or related parties and carry out all commercial, financial and other transactions directly or indirectly pursuing its purpose.
