The acquisition, holding and management of participations in Swiss and foreign companies in the sense of a holding company; the acquisition of real estate participations in Switzerland is exclusively for commercial purposes, excluding real estate transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, found or acquire any company pursuing an analogous or complementary purpose. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions with exclusively commercial purposes in Switzerland (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its corporate purpose. The company may grant loans, with or without collateral, to its shareholders, companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, persons close to it or persons close to its shareholders or companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, and provide them with other services, in both cases with or without consideration. It may also provide them with financial support in the form of guarantees of any kind to secure the obligations of these shareholders, companies or related parties, with or without consideration.
