The Company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) to engage in all consulting, expert, training, project and event management, travel organization and other activities in the fields of public administration, culture and sports; (ii) to file, acquire, hold and sell patents and/or all intellectual property rights (trademarks, etc.) and to acquire, hold and grant licenses; (iii) to grant (a) loans and/or any other form of financing or (b) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more associates, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it serves the interests of the Company.
