The company's purpose is to operate sports and entertainment infrastructure. The company also has the purpose of carrying out all real estate transactions, excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
