The company's purpose is to buy, sell, broker, and manage movable and immovable property in Switzerland, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
