The company's purpose is: all real estate transactions, purchase, sale, management, administration and maintenance of buildings, with the exception of operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); the rental of furnished or unfurnished apartments; the provision of services related to cleaning and provision of furniture, laundry, bedding, dishes and movable objects furnishing apartments, as well as the purchase of such equipment. The company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. It may also carry out all financial, fiduciary, commercial or industrial, movable and immovable operations related to the realization of its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
