The purchase, sale, brokerage, promotion and management of movable and immovable property in Switzerland, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; the company may carry out in Switzerland and abroad, on its own account, all commercial, financial or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations in all commercial, industrial or financial enterprises, create branches in Switzerland and abroad; the company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures for the benefit of shareholders or group companies, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or group companies when it serves its interests.
