Provision for the employees of Mercedes-Benz Automobil AG in Schlieren and Merbag Holding AG in Zug, as well as the companies economically and financially connected to them, in the event of old age, disability, illness, accident, unemployment and death for their survivors. Furthermore, in cases of unforseen hardship, support can be granted to current and former employees of Mercedes-Benz Automobil AG and Merbag Holding AG, as well as the companies economically and financially connected to them, and their survivors. May also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums.
